Regenerative Revival Returns to Barrow Brewing!
A Soil-to-Soul Celebration of Food, Movement, Music, and Community

Salado, TX — May 2, 2026 — Regenerative Revival returns to Barrow Brewing Company on Saturday, May 2, inviting the community to gather for a full day rooted in regeneration — from the ground beneath our feet to the food on our plates and the connections we share.

Held alongside the Salado Farmers Market, the day begins at 9:00 AM with grounding yoga, led by Caroline of Proud Heart Yoga, setting the tone for a day focused on restoration, balance, and presence.

The Regenerative Revival is expanding this year with a clear theme: Soil to Soul — recognizing that healing and regeneration happen at many levels. Healthy soil leads to healthy plants, healthy food, healthy people, and ultimately healthier communities. The event brings together multiple pathways of regeneration, including food, movement, music, land stewardship, and shared experience.

Beginning at 11:00 AM, regenerative plates will be served featuring meats and foods sourced from local and regenerative producers, including MMM Cattle Co., Moody Goat, and other regional vendors committed to land and animal stewardship. Vincent Alexander, Barrow Brewing’s culinary director, JayB from Prolific Creole and Mill Scale Metalworks will be preparing meats and locally sourced foods alongside the farmers themselves, highlighting true farm-to-plate collaboration.

Throughout the day, the brewery will host a series of  guest speaker sessions, offering attendees the opportunity to learn directly from those working at the intersection of land, food, and human health. Sessions will feature soil health expert Liz Haney, alongside Tim Auld of Lockhart, Jonathan Cobb and Kaylan Cobb of Green Fields Farm in Rogers, TX, Judith McGeary, and Randy Oakley. These conversations connect soil health, food systems, policy, and human well-being in an approachable, come-and-go format.

Live music will carry through the day, creating an open, welcoming atmosphere designed for families, farmers, and community members alike. Attendees are encouraged to come and go, explore the farmers market, enjoy the brewery grounds, and engage in meaningful conversations around food, soil, and regeneration.

“Regenerative Revival is about remembering that everything is connected. When we care for the soil, we care for ourselves. This event is an invitation to experience regeneration not just as a farming practice, but as a way of living — from soil to soul.” — Liz Haney, Soil Regen

Regenerative Revival is open to the public. Regenerative plates are limited and available by reservation here.
