Regenerative Revival

Regenerative Revival is a full-day, community-centered gathering at Barrow Brewing Company that explores regeneration from soil to soul. The day begins with grounding yoga alongside the farmers market, then unfolds with live music, regenerative food, and meaningful conversations throughout the brewery and grounds. Guests can enjoy regenerative plates prepared by Chef Vincent Alexander in collaboration with local producers including MMM Cattle Co. and Moody Goat, while also engaging in soil health demonstrations, farmer panels, and guest talks inside the brewery. Programming features soil health expert Liz Haney, voices in nutrition, regenerative agriculture, and land stewardship—connecting healthy soil to healthy food, people, and communities. Entry to the event is free, with regenerative plates available for $25 pre-sale or $35 at the event, while supplies last. Designed as a relaxed, come-and-go experience, Regenerative Revival invites families, farmers, and food lovers to gather, learn, and reconnect with the land and one another.
